Smart Variant Pricing (“the App”) provides advanced variant pricing and product configuration tools (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:

• Shop information — store name, domain, email, currency, timezone, and plan details needed to operate the App
• Product and variant data — product titles, variant options, SKUs, prices, and related pricing configuration required to provide Smart Variant Pricing features
• Theme and storefront settings — limited configuration data needed to display or apply pricing behavior in your store

Additionally, we may collect the following types of personal information from you once you have installed the App:

• Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, email address, and store contact details
• Support and communication history when you contact us about the App

We do not intentionally collect personal information about individual buyers browsing your storefront beyond what is necessary to operate pricing features on your behalf through Shopify.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:

• Log files — track actions occurring in the App and may collect data including IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

• Communicate with you about the App, support requests, and important service updates
• Optimize or improve the App
• Provide you with information relating to our products or services
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues
